hello wonderful people and welcome to my neocities! as you can tell by the complete lack of formatting or visual interest, i have not yet found the time to turn this website into a webhome. but soon, that day will come, and everyone will rue the day they said i'd never make an old-school website out of custom html.
my name is aries. i use they/them pronouns and i am mostly a poet and digital writer (although i have done some other stuff as well). i care about place, space, digitality and mundanity. i am filipino, currently living as a settler on unceded Woiwurrung and Boonwurrung country. this always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
i am currently the facilitator for Toolkits: Digital Storytelling with Express Media. i am also one half of the game dev team Generic Beetle. i also also stream as one half of art_foolery on Twitch, 3pm to 5pm fridays aest. we do art challenges and occasionally some other stuff. apart from writing, i enjoy illustration and learning about birds and playing video games. my current gaming obsession is ufo 50. someone please play ufo 50 and tell me about your experience.
